Take these
courses as a series or individually.
Learn
how to make some of Roy’s famous appetizers and present them.
Create
dim sum style appetizers, learn how to make fillings, folding and rolling
different types of Asian appetizers.
This
class will deal with the understanding of how to braise meats and flavor them
with the taste of Asian style sauces.
A single
course is $125 and includes a SDCI apron.
