Registration To enroll in the
Certificate of Basic Professional Culinary Skills Program, applicants must
have earned either a high school diploma or a GED for the State's and the Institute's
Certificate of Basic Professional Skills. Without a diploma or a GED, the
applicant may come in for an interview and apply, but will need a diploma or
a GED by the time he or she completes the Program to receive the Certificate
from the State. Students may enroll in
an individual course provided they satisfy the prerequisites or meet the
skill level and have approval of the Site Manager. Enrollment is on a
space-available basis. Classes are offered on
both a Full-Time or Part-Time Basis, and both day and evening classes are
