Our Hands on Home Chef students learn to cook in the
same fully-equipped instructional kitchens as our Professional
Students. Courses last from 2 to 4 hours. Students should wear
comfortable shoes and come prepared to cook.
Alice Guadalupe Tapp, author of " Tamales 101," will share her culinary secrets with you. She began making tamales with her Mexican relatives when she was only seven. After fifty years of making tamales she wrote her book. Come cook with her in person. Class from 10am-2pm.
