Our Hands on Home Chef students learn to cook in the
same fully-equipped instructional kitchens as our Professional
Students. Courses last from 2 to 4 hours. Students should wear
comfortable shoes and come prepared to cook.
will be taught by one of SDCI's graduates, Jenny Stepenski. Jenny was born in Mexicoand graduated from the Universidad de Mexicoin Mexico Citywith a degree in Culinary Arts. After emigrating to the U.S. Jenny attended SDCI and was one of our first graduates. Since graduating she has worked at Croce's and the Marriott Hotel. Presently she is a personal chef and teaches cooking classes for couples. We invited her to teach her classes at SDCI. Prices are cost per couple bring your honey or bring a friend. Classes are from 10am-2pm.
