Our Hands on Home Chef students learn to cook in the same fully-equipped instructional kitchens as our Professional Students. Courses last from 2 to 4 hours. Students should wear comfortable shoes and come prepared to cook.

Advanced Saucier: Now you can learn the advanced sauces and "a la" minute sauces needed in today’s modern kitchen and with today’s modern cuisines. These classics are French-based and timeless. Prior sauce making experience is recommended for this fast passed and exciting menu lead by SDCI, Inc. Exec. Chef Instructor Kurt Waefler.
